What is 'cold brew' coffee?

Espresso is made by forcing high-pressure water quickly through fine coffee grounds.

Cold brew coffee, however, is made by steeping coffee grounds in cold water and letting the flavour slowly extract.

Cold brew coffee has a cleaner, smoother taste, contains more caffeine and is less acidic than espresso coffee.

How is it brewed?

We brew our cold brew in our brewery here in Osborne Park for 17 hours.

Specialty coffee is sustainably sourced before we roast, grind, brew and can it all here.

How long do they stay fresh?

Our cans can be stored ambient and do not require refrigeration but still have a long 9 month shelf life.

Are they gluten and dairy free?

Yes, they are Gluten & Dairy Free.

Our Cold Brew cans contain only ground coffee and water. They contain no gluten, dairy (or egg or nut).

What are the ingredients?

Our Cold Brew Cans contain freshly ground specialty grade coffee and water. That's it.

No milk, sugar, additives, preservatives or health buzzwords.

Where is it made?

We make it all right here in Perth.

The only thing we can't do is grow the coffee. We import sustainably sourced, specialty grade green coffee then we roast, grind, and brew it all at our Osborne Park warehouse.
